2012 Exhibitions

100% Recycled is a joint exhibition of Jewellery Artists, faced with the challenge of creating new and valuable jewellery from completely recycled components. This exhibition is organised and facilitated by Elizabeth Shaw and Clare Poppi, Queensland College of the Arts, Griffith University. Exhibition to be held in Brisbane Square Library opening Friday November 9 November, 5-6:30 pm , 2012

Bookplates Unbound is an printmaking initiative of Gael Phillips and Wim de Vos (Studio West End). 30 artists are creating an edition of 40 bookplates to be collated in a collector’s solander box. Opening at Studio West End, Saturday 24th November 2012, 2.00pm.

The Extant Landscape, Eromanga Basin showcases the work of 10 artists from Queensland, interpreting and visualising the diversity and vastness of the Eromanga Basin. Proceeds will be donated to the Outback Gondwana Foundation Building Fund. VIP Preview Friday 30th November, 2012, 6.00pm for 6.30pm Opening by Quilpie Shire Council Mayor Cr Stuart Mackenzie. Open to the public on Saturday 1st December, 2012 9am-5pm & Sunday 2nd December, 2012 9am-4pm Richard Randall Art Studio, Mt Cootha Botanic Gardens”
